• Pull back rocks, etc. at base of structure where possible, 4 to 6 inches
• Mask all shrubbery, walkways, pools, etc.
• High Pressure wash if necessary
• Patch repair stucco surfaces to uniform finish
• Apply primers or water sealers if needed
• Replace and repair damages, caulk all windows and doors
• Full primer coat to all surfaces
• Stucco sprayed and back rolled
• Apply high quality paint finish coat
